By accessing or using the services of JTAPO LLC ("Agency," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
JTAPO LLC provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, paid advertising management, social media management, content creation, branding, and performance optimization. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information required for service delivery. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, products, or services they promote through our marketing efforts.
Payment terms, rates, and billing cycles will be specified in the individual service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. JTAPO LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts that are delinquent beyond 14 calendar days.
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables specifically created for them. JTAPO LLC retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, and processes used to deliver services. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
JTAPO LLC provides marketing strategy and execution services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client product quality. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold JTAPO LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: client-provided content, misrepresentation of products or services, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, client is responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further details.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Kentucky.
JTAPO LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days after the service is delivered. Bank transfer payments: refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval. Card payments: refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on payout timelines. Requests should be submitted within 7 days of service delivery to be considered. Late requests may be reviewed at JTAPO LLC's sole discretion.
Refund eligibility is evaluated based on the nature of the service, work completed, and documented circumstances. Services where substantial work has been delivered, customized assets created, or third-party ad spend has been committed may not be eligible for full refunds. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice as specified in their individual service agreement. Cancellations mid-cycle are not entitled to prorated refunds for that billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
